Quality Home Distribution sells products from multiple manufacturers and brands. Warranty coverage, duration, registration requirements, exclusions, and claim procedures vary by product and manufacturer.

Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

When a product includes a manufacturer warranty, the applicable manufacturer warranty remains the governing warranty for that product. Warranty terms may differ by model, finish, component, installation method, intended use, and purchase date.

Customers should retain their order confirmation, invoice, model or SKU information, serial number when applicable, and any required proof of installation or product registration.

Quality Home Distribution Warranty

Unless a product page or written sales agreement specifically states otherwise, Quality Home Distribution does not add a separate warranty beyond any warranty provided by the product manufacturer. We will assist customers with locating applicable warranty information and, when appropriate, documentation related to an order placed through our store.

Damage, Defects, and Warranty Claims

If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears defective, contact Quality Home Distribution as soon as possible with your order number, the product SKU or model, and clear photos or other documentation of the issue. Shipping damage, returns, and refunds may be governed by separate terms from a manufacturer warranty.
